ACUC Cafe Style Service and Potluck Birthday Lunch

"Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not." We conclude our summer session Dr. Seuss theme with a Cafe Style worship service in the Lower Hall. Our scripture Matthew 12:38-45 criticizes the Pharisees for demanding a sign. Are we guilty of needing evidence to bolster our faith? Do we also require Jesus to perform a spectacular miracle to definitively prove His divine authority and identity, just to meet our expectations? How will "The Lorax" help us understand this scripture?

Following the Cafe Style service, we will have a potluck Birthday lunch to celebrate those with birthdays in July, August, and September. Please bring a dish to share and enjoy the fellowship.
